Can I come in to make glass projects in the studio?
YES! Join us Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for Glassroom Time! We are currently operating under reservations due to Covid-19. Reserve a table for your desired time slot and we'll see you there! Projects range from $25 - $200. We have projects for every skill level! Our staff is fully vaccinated, masks are required only for those that are not fully vaccinated. I want to pick up locally, how do I get rid of the $32 shipping fee?
If you are picking up locally, simply click the box labeled "Local Pickup" at checkout. This will bring the shipping cost down to $0 and you will be asked to pick a time for pick up on the following screen.
How do I return my projects for firing?
After you complete your design, glue it all together and let it dry flat for 24 hours. Place your projects back into the cardboard inserts. Pack up all your glass materials back into the Glassroom box. (Details re-packing instructions listed in "Step 5"). Place that box back into the USPS shipping box it arrived in and attach the return label (provided) to the front. Set it out for the mail and you are done! Your glass projects will be safely shipped back to us and fired in our kilns.
When will I receive my finished glass projects?
Once your glued projects arrive at our studio, we will fire them and have them back in the mail to you within 1 week. Shipping domestically takes 3-5 days, so you can expect about a 2-week turn around from when we recieve your item. *USPS is delayed in some regions due to Covid-19.
What do I do with the extra glass materials I didn't use?
We are commited to GIVING BACK! Send all of your unused glass materials back to us and they will be cleaned and donated to our annual children's glass art project in Cincnnati, Ohio. Every last scrap we receive is donated so that more children can have the opportunity to experience glass art. Thank you!
Will the glue show up on my finished piece?
Nope! The glue included in your kit will fire away in the kiln. You'll never know it was there!
Can I design a custom glass project kit?
YES! We love to create custom glass art kits! Send us your idea and we will make it happen! Custom glass kits are great for Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, Sports Teams, Scout Groups, School Fundraisers, and more...
